About the Highland Bridgetown Estate
The Estate comprises over 300 Special Residential
lots with lot sizes predominantly 2,000m2.

The Tourist Site to the west of the Estate is intended to provide cafe / restaurant and corner store amenities. Whilst the Tourist Site is intended through its commercial activities to provide access to patrons, public access to the lake is not available.
The concept plan for the Tourist Site includes a cafe / restaurant and boutique micro-brewery situated over the northern end of Highland Lake.
Access to the site will therefore be provided via the commercial activities of a future operator. Note that any development of the site will be subject to Planning, Licensing and other approvals.
Estate Plan
